If not previously asked, please ask the questions there for simple technical guidance. For some brands, like Baratza, Breville, Capresso, Jura, and possibly others, you may be referred to the manufacturer for assistance.

After Warranty Expiration - Technical support is only available via emails and the Q&A tab on the equipment or parts page on our website. Please check the Q&A tab on the actual product page on our website as the issues may have been asked and a response provided. If not previously asked, please ask the question(s) in Q&A for simple technical guidance. If a very complex issue, we may email you for more details and pictures/videos, we may ask you to ship the equipment to us or refer you to a local independent repair facility (if available for the brand and locale).

Technical Support for Equipment and/or Parts Purchased Elsewhere

We are sorry to note that parts purchased through 1st-line Equipment do not include any technical support for equipment purchased elsewhere. If you are not familiar with the technical aspects of espresso machines or do not have the technical expertise in repairs, we ask that you request to send your machine in for repair (if purchased from 1st-line Equipment LLC) or find a local repair center.
