Questions about Espresso Parts
With over 100,000 different espresso parts, our call center staff does not have the training to handle every parts inquiry for over 5,000+ models of machines.
- 1st step: Use the diagrams below to find the part you need. Next, search for the part number(s) using our search box up top.
- 2nd step: Find your machine or part on our website and ask a question on the Q&A. This helps our community find answers to similar questions.
- Last step: (for machines we formerly sold or parts not on our website) Use our parts inquiry page. This gives us the time to research the part(s) that you are inquiring about. Also, it creates a historical written track record of the request.
All parts purchases from our website do not include any technical support, instructions, or warranties. There may be more than one version of your make and model. Therefore, please use the diagrams and pictures on our website to match the part found on your espresso machine.
Parts Diagrams
All available parts diagrams will be listed on each brand’s page below. There will be some diagrams for models we do not carry from a brand/manufacturer, but these models may have the same part number(s) in stock as the models we do carry from that brand. Sorry, we will only special order a part for a model we carry AND was purchased through our supply chain.
For Aerobie, Bonavita, Bunn, Capresso, Cecilware, Compak, Crathco, ExpoBar, Faema, Grindmaster, Jura, Krups, La Pavoni Commercial, Mahlkoenig, Saeco, Sirman, Thermal Electronics, TruBru, Velox, Waring, Wega, and Zojirushi, please contact the manufacturer directly as we do not actively stock parts for these models. Their phone number can usually be found in their instructional manual, on the product label itself, or on their website.
