Once an order is placed, we cannot modify any part of the order, i.e. address changes, shipping, items, etc.
- We allow a ship-to address different than the billing address, such as your home, office, workplace, or relative’s/friend’s location indicating the recipient’s full name.
- Signature at delivery is required for all major metro areas and for any orders over $150 to any address.
- For security reasons/fraud prevention, our merchant bank does not accept orders placed from outside the USA, and shipments can not be redirected to other addresses, lockers, nor access points. Please note UPS does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes.
- All damages, defects, and missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery receipt.
- Any order cancelled or any item cancelled in an order is subject to a minimum 5.5% cancellation fee to cover processing costs (please note that the credit card banks and PayPal do not refund their processing fees to us on cancelled orders).
- There are different restocking fees on allowable returns. Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable purchases.
- Please note our quick payment and shipping automation prohibit us from adding to or modifying orders.
