With every online purchase (account registration required prior to purchase), 1st-line offers EspressoPoints that registered customers can use as discounts for future purchases. Each product displays the number of EspressoPoints you can earn from the purchase of the product. EspressoPoints are rewarded as soon as you place an online order, and the number of EspressoPoints provided with each item purchased can differ. In general, each EspressoPoint represents a $0.03 discount on a future purchase at 1st-line. For example, 1000 EspressoPoints is equivalent to a $30.00 discount on a future purchase at 1st-line.  EspressoPoints have $0 cash value.

EspressoPoints Program Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not participate in this program.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the EspressoPoints program which is operated by 1st-line Equipment, LLC (collectively, “1st-line”) in the fifty states in the United States of America (“EspressoPoints”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with 1st-line for products, services or otherwise.

Please note this is a self-administered, automated online system, and the support staff at 1st-line Equipment can not manage the EspressoPoints program.

To earn EspressoPoints, you need to create/register an online account prior to placing an online order. The purchase must be made through the online registered account.

EspressoPoints can not be transferred, sold, rented, purchased from one registered account to/through another registered account. EspressoPoints have an expiration date of approximately one year from the date of an online purchase. EspressoPoints can not be applied to orders made over the phone, via email, or in-store transactions.

EspressoPoints can not be added to a previous online purchase made with guest checkout or any phone orders.

Orders that are canceled or returned under our terms and conditions of sale may have EspressoPoints auto-removed from your online registered account by the system. If you place an online order through a registered account, immediately use the acquired EspressoPoints for a discount on a second order, and then cancel the first order before it ships or return the first order, 1st-line reserves the right to deduct the EspressoPoints discount from the credit issued on the first order.

1st-line reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the EspressoPoints program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to EspressoPoints at any time and in its sole discretion with or without notification. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Your participation in the EspressoPoints confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to EspressoPoints. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in EspressoPoints.

Special offers may be distributed by email or physical mail. You must opt-in to receive promotional & marketing email offers from 1st-line and provide a valid email and physical address in order to receive all of the EspressoPoints for which you may be eligible.

1st-line reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in EspressoPoints if 1st-line determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

1st-line also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the EspressoPoints program any account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no purchase activity.

1st-line reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the EspressoPoints program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. 1st-line reserves the right to change the value of EspressoPoints assigned to each product at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.

How do I sign up for the EspressoPoints program?

All you have to do is register an online account on our website. The registration process may require that you provide the following information: email address, password, name, physical address, home telephone number, mobile number (optional), and marketing preferences.
