Warranty Information

Who handles the warranty

Eligible warranty for Bonavita equipment is handled by Bonavita or representative thereof. If you have purchased your equipment from 1st-line Equipment, please contact us first to confirm proof of purchase, date, and warranty eligibility.

What does the warranty cover

The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects only.

Regarding coffee makers: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse. As stated in the manual, fragile parts like glass are excluded from the warranty. Any service performed by an unauthorized third party, failure to follow instructions designated in the manual, and omitting recommended cleaning and / or maintenance are all areas not covered by the warranty.

When does the warranty expire

The manufacturer’s warranty on new equipment is good for a period of 1 year from date of receipt which covers parts. Some of their products, like their coffee brewers, come with a 2 year parts warranty.

Where will my equipment be serviced

In most cases, your Bonavita equipment must be sent to a repair facility. Bonavita will specify where to send in your equipment.

How do I send in my equipment in for repair:

If you are inside the warranty period, please fill out their online form. If you are outside the warranty period, please call (855) 664-1252 or email customersupport@bonavitaworld.com.
