A cup is a cup, right? Well, not really. Our espresso cups are designed to only hold about 3 ounces. All cups need to be pre-heated to hold the espresso temperature in the cup. If not, expect putrid sourness!
For cappuccino and latte service, presentation counts and we have what it takes to deliver the goods! Shot glasses are a great tool to measure your espresso extractions and actually see how the pour develops from the extraction.
All of our cups have been tru’d and tri’d in our cafe training center. So, they passed our test!
