Welcome to our Self-Service Espresso Parts Department
Process to Identify and Acquire Espresso Parts (USA Only)
With over 100,000 different espresso parts for over 5000 different model espresso machines and coffee grinders since 1905, our call center staff does not have the training to handle every parts inquiry.
Kindly note that if you decide to call us, the call center will refer you right back to this self-service parts portal.
For Aerobie, Baratza, Bonavita, Capresso, Cecilware, Compak, Crathco, Eversys, ExpoBar, Faema, FrancisFrancis, Grindmaster, Izzo, Jura, Krups, La Pavoni Commercial, Mahlkoenig, Saeco, Sirman, Thermal Electronics, Thermoplan, TruBru, Velox, Waring, Wega, and Zojirushi, please contact the manufacturer directly as we do not actively stock parts for these models. Their phone number can usually be found in their equipment instructional manual, on the product label itself, or their website.
Ascaso and Bunn parts are being phased out, and we may have limited supply on these parts.
- 1st step: Please scroll down to use the diagrams below to find the part you need. Next, search for the part number(s) using our search box up top/magnifying glass symbol on top of the page. If there is a result, it will show the part(s) to click on and determine prices and availability. If found, please match the picture of the part on our web site to the physical part in your equipment as manufacturers do change parts without notification to you or 1st-line. If there is no result, then we do not stock the part(s). Sorry, we will only special order a part for a model we carry AND was purchased through 1st-line Equipment, LLC.
- 2nd step: Find your machine or part on our website and search for a question on the Q&A. If the question has not been asked, please ask as this helps our community find answers to similar questions. If no one has asked a question, please post your question. Answers need to be researched or asked to the manufacturer, so up to a week may be needed to answer. This is not a guaranteed service to you. And, if the question can be answered following step one, we will refer you back to step 1.
All parts purchases from our website do not include any technical support, instructions, nor warranties. There may be more than one version of your make and model. Therefore, please use the diagrams and pictures on our website to match the part physically found on your espresso machine. If there are codes on your part, such as a brain unit, it must match exactly from the old one to the new one.
Since we are unaware of the mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing expertise of a parts buyer or the tools owned by a parts buyer, we are never able to advise if a self-repair can be performed.
Parts Diagrams
All available parts diagrams will be listed on each brand's page below. There will be some diagrams for models we do not carry from a brand/manufacturer, but these models may have the same part number(s) in stock as the models we do carry from that brand.
- Final Step ONLY After Completing Above Steps: (for machines we formerly sold or parts not on our website) Please use our parts inquiry page. This gives us the time to research the part(s) that you are inquiring about. Also, it creates a historical written track record of the request. Please note this service is not a technical support service to inquire to diagnose, nor repair equipment.
