Instructions:
  • Remove the left side panel.
  • Note: We recommend taking lots of pictures of how the wires are configured and labeling the wires as you go.
  • Gently pry off each wire individually from the back of the switch with needle-nose pliers. As you take off each wire, you can position each wire on the new switch outside of the machine (remember how the face of the switch is positioned with the line and circle).
  • Once you have all wires off, place the socket upwards by hand to grab the holding nut behind the switch.
  • Use socket 19mm by hand, as the nut is not tight enough to remove.
  • Remove the O-ring from the old switch.
  • Move each wire to the old switch outside the machine.
  • Put on the O-ring on the new switch.
  • Once removed, please put the new switch in place as positioned before.
  • Start holding the nut by hand until the nut touches the frame.
  • Make sure the position of the switch face on top outside is correct.
  • Use a 19mm socket to hand-tighten the holding nut.
  • Move wires over one at a time using the old switch as a guide and your pictures.
  • Put the body back on and test the machine.
