You are in control with extraction profiles that are customizable and storable. The YOU provides the following extraction profiles:

• 6 standard profiles with optimal parameters presets. Provided by Sanremo, they get you started on your espresso experimentation!
• 12 profiles completely customizable by intervening in all 3 extraction phases, and with the ability to totally disable pre-infusion and post-infusion. Your imagination is the only limitation!
• Your settable manual profiles directly from the Paddle. Create your extraction with manual profiling, save it, and have the ability to recreate it with the touch of a button!

Enjoy additional flexibility and amazing performance!  The YOU expresso machine offers flexibility in its configuration. Use it in tank mode or plumb the YOU to a water line. For added convenience, you can set the drip tray to drain automatically or choose to empty it manually.  The YOU features a dual boiler with constant temperature stability, even after pulling multiple shots, thanks to the electronic control of pressure and temperature.  It’s compact size and great performance makes the YOU perfect for any coffee connoisseur’s espresso bar!
