Features
Steam and Hot Water Valves
- Spring-loaded: With beautiful black knobs and has great longevity. Turn the knobs only a quarter of the way to open the valves.
PURE Dual Boiler System
- Coffee boiler: 0.75 liter (750ml) with quality stainless steel.
- Steam boiler: 2 liters (2000 ml) with quality stainless steel.
- Electricity alternates between boilers, unless the steam boiler is off.
- Able to make coffee and steam simultaneously, so great for entertaining!
Switchable from the Tank to Direct Connection
- Easy transition:The main benefit of plumbing in your espresso machine is so you do not have to constantly refill the tank! We recommend using a water filtration system to ensure the espresso machine is long-lasting.
PID Display
- Temperature programming: Allows you to program the boiler temperature for different coffee blends.
- Shot timer: Count the time. Need we say more?
E61 Grouphead
- Constantly heated: From the thermosyphon system to keep the grouphead and your portafilter nice and hot. This keeps the grouphead at a constant, stable temperature compared to other groupheads that have a built-in heating element. “Mushroom style.”
- Pre-infusion: The lever next to the grouphead activates a microswitch that turns on the pump to pump water through the coffee grinds. When you pull the lever halfway up, it will open the valve to allow water into the grouphead without activating the pump.
- Maintenance: For maintenance, we recommend using Urnex Cafiza backflush detergent.
Rotary Vane Pump
- Quiet operation: Rotary pumps are necessary for switchable espresso machines since vibration pumps cannot handle the incoming water pressure. The main benefit that you will experience is that they are a lot quieter.
Accessories Included
- Portafilters: 1 58mm single spout portafilter and 1 58mm dual spout portafilter. Made with chrome-blated brass and has black handle.
- Filter baskets: 1-cup filter basket which holds approximately 7 grams. Also, a 2-cup filter basket which holds approximately 14 grams. Next, a blind filter basket which you use for backflushing. 58 mm in diameter.
- Tamper: Stainless steel, 58mm.
- Drip tray cup holder: Polished finish. Also has a drain attachment.
- Braided plumb-in line: For the option to switch from tank to direct connect in your espresso machine.
- Cleaning brush: A simple brush for cleaning the grouphead. Ergonomically designed with an angle for easier usage.
- Water hardness test strip: Measures the total hardness of your water.

Notes
- We test this machine with water prior to shipping out. Your machine may arrive wet. Please let air dry for at least 24 hours prior to turning on.
- There can be a white film left over the stainless, depending upon what the manufacturer does. Please do not remove the film until you confirm the machine has arrived in good working condition and without damage.
General Espresso Machine Notes/Warnings:
- Upon first use (tank/reservoir models): On the initial start-up (or after a long period of non-use), it is important to make sure the pump is removing water from the tank. When the machine is powered on, you will hear the pump running. After 5 seconds, squeeze the in-line hose in the tank (usually the longest hose, has a particle filter attached). if you hear a different sound, this means the pump is working correctly. If not, immediately power down the machine and contact us. For more information, visit this page General Manual Pump Priming.
- Electrical: To avoid electrical damage to this espresso machine which is not considered a manufacturer's defect, please acquire and install a single-outlet surge suppressor rated at 1080 joules or higher. Without the recommended surge suppressor, the espresso machine can be damaged at the power switch, the electronics, the heating element, the pressurstat, or the wiring inside. For more information, visit this page Power Protection.
- Water: To increase the useful life and not damage your espresso machine, please use softened water. Softened water is water without calcium and magnesium, but still has other minerals for espresso extraction. Do not use distilled, purified, or reverse osmosis water as these types of water create oxidation with the metals and cause the same damaging effects as limescale. For more information, visit this page Water Choice.
- Descaling: We do not recommend descaling unless there is an issue with the espresso machine. Too much descaling can eat away at the metals and gaskets inside an espresso machine. As a preventative measure, we recommend using softened water as explained in the bullet point above.
- Backflushing: This procedure of cleaning the grouphead will need to be performed from time to time. For more information, visit this page Espresso Machine Backflush – Why 50?

Sorry, it will not fit.
I have a profitec 700 and the my hot water aerator has broken. There is a small spring piece on the inside of the aerator which snapped and I need a replacement. Do you have a compatible part for either the small piece of metal inside the aerator or the replacing the end of the tip itself? Thanks
