Lelit MC047Sil 57mm Silicone Portafilter / Grouphead Gasket for PL41/PL041Anna Espresso Machines
This gasket (MC047Sil) will fit most versions of the PL41 Anna models. This includes the PL41, PL41QE, PL41TQE, & PL41TEM versions.
Before, Lelit made 2 versions of this portafilter gasket. The MC047Sil is clear and made of silicone. Presently, this is the current gasket that the manufacturer Lelit uses in its production of the PL41 models. This gasket creates a more superior seal than the MC047.
The MC047 is black and made of rubber. This was the original portafilter / grouphead gasket of the PL41 models. Lelit no longer manufacturers this version of the gasket.
Please also note the SKU is not MCo47. The “0” in the SKU is a zero, not the letter O.

I have a pasquini livietta T2 I'm looking for a Group Head Gasket. I have the old one that measures about 73MM OSD X 57MM ISD X 4MM Thick. I was wondering what the dimensions of the Lelit MC047Sil 57mm Silicone Portafilter / Grouphead Gasket – PL41 is. Do you know if this Gasket fit a pasquini livietta T2 or do you know of one that will fit the pasquini livietta T2.

Hi,
Sorry, we don't have the tools to do exact measurements. We order parts from the diagrams provided and list them for the corresponding models. We normally do not check to see if parts can be swapped with other similar parts. However, we did at one point try this gasket on an Ascaso Dream 57mm grouphead and it did not fit. We took a picture of the gasket with the ruler we have.
A I can confirm, YES it perfectly fits with the Pasquini Livietta T2. The thickness (about 4mm) and the difference between the inside and outside diameter (about 8.5mm) are spot-on identical. Where they are different is the unstretched outside diameter which is slightly smaller but I believe it is about identical once it's stretched onto the group head. Because of this difference, I believe it forms a better seal than the factory Pasquini gaskets as those can actually spin once they're on the group head.

Please look for the Lelit Technical Support page related to this.
I recently purchased a MC047Sil gasket for my Lelit PL41QE (order #233274). However, it seems to be too stiff and I have to pull quite tight to stop the portafilter from leaking, and even then some water seems to leak still. Do you have any suggestions for dealing with this, such as how to help break in the the silicon gasket?

First, if a new gasket leaks, it means too much coffee in the basket and/or too fine a grind in the basket. Otherwise, it can be a worn grouphead or portafilter if the machine is older.

Q Will this fit the Lelit Grace PL81T? Thanks answer nowAsked by Duy Son on September 17, 2020 11:14 amA From what I can see, your model uses part 8700018 which is 8mm thick, the MC047 appears to be 4mm thick. Don't think it will workAnswered by the admin
We have never sold the PL81T and it has not been available in the USA. Hence, we are unable to confirm a parts fitment. It is best to contact Lelit directly or the dealer you purchased from.
I ordered this part for my Lelit PL41LEM. It does not fit, in spite of your statement that it fits all Lelit PL41 series. Do you have the correct part for the Lelit PL41LEM? I would like to exchange the wrong part you sent me.

Sorry, the LEM was never sold in the USA and we did not think there were units here. This is why we made this statement. It seems like the LEM has a 58mm portafilter, and not the 57mm size that we state for this gasket in the title.
When will this be restocked?
Is there an alternate company product that I can use to replace this in my machine while it’s out of stock?

Sorry, we never sold this model, and thus we could not guarantee a gasket at this time. It is best to find a parts diagram for your unit model, and check for the correct part number.

Sorry, we do not take measurements on parts. This part is solely intended for the machine it is described for in the title.
A Looks to be 75mm OD, 56mm Editor's Response: Please note that 1st-line does not guarantee these measurements.

Had bad leak. Customer service answered my question and recommended this filter. My 10 year old LeLit now works like new. No leaks!

LeLit was starting to leak during use. Water would spray everywhere and couldn’t finish pull. Figured out it was probably the gasket. Order came faster than I expected which I appreciated. Replaced gasket and now I’m back in the espresso business. Thank you 1st line!

The gasket fit perfectly but after about a month in order to get it to not leak,I had to rotate the portafilter more and more past 90°. Now it leaks again. Am ordering another to see if the problem occurs again.
1st-line shipping unsurpassed!

This is a very slightly different size, compared to the original. While the original fits perfectly, this one has a smaller inner diameter that makes it not fit because the dispersion plate is larger than the inner diameter.
It took me some work to make it fit.
I am surprised that after paying almost 10 dollars for a gasket, and more for shipping, I get a random piece of plastic that I could have probably found at my hardware store. I though that using the right part numbers I would get the actual parts, not something almost similar

#6 – Please note that manufacturers will source and supply parts different from the original equipment. Although we make every effort to best describe our parts and provide quality pictures, changes in parts can be made by the manufacturer without any notice to 1st-line or you. For example, a manufacturer may initially supply 110-volt heating elements with 1200 watts but later change to 1300 or 1400 watts without notice. Another example is that an initial parts replacement may have a Parker branded solenoid valve, but subsequent shipments may have Lucifer or ODE solenoids without notice.
Another example can be a filter basket that shows the brand name on the bottom of the basket, but the manufacturer or supplier sends a shipment without the brand name on the bottom.
1st-line Equipment will NOT be held responsible for any changes in the part supply, nor advertising in these types of discrepancies.
