Sorry, we suggest not changing the steam tip because it was designed to be restrictive so it can maintain steam pressure AND capacity within the single boiler system. More throughput from larger holed steam tips or more holes in a steam tip may deplete the steam power and capacity erratically as well as potentially damaging the heating element as the water depletes from turning into steam faster. We know this is a mouthful, but it is not a good idea in our opinion.
Will this fit onto a La Marzocco wand?

If you are referring to the PL41 Anna, you can not increase the holes as the small boiler will run out of steam.
Can I use this to reduce steam power on the Lelit Elizabeth? Only steaming 150 ml of milk at a time, using the stock 2-hole tip.

We believe the Elizabeth already comes with the smaller 1mm holes.
