Jura Z10 Overview
32 different specialty beverages including Cold Brew!
-
Changing the filter
The Jura Z10 uses the Clearyl Smart cartridges. There is no need to keep track of when you need to replace them. The integrated RFID (Radio-Frequency-Identification) chip continuously records information about machine usage.
-
Descaling the machine
Limescale buildup is the main issue all espresso machines have to deal with. Use Jura descaling tablets when necessary to remove any limescale to extend the life of your Jura Z10.
-
Cleaning the milk system
Cleaning the milk system is simple and should be run every time you froth milk. However, milk deposits may build up unexpectedly over time. When the time calls, use Jura Milk System cleaner for a thorough cleaning process.

Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.)
The Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.) is an electronically controlled high-performance grinder that adjusts in a fraction of a second to the predefined consistency of the grind. This is done at a more quicker and efficient rate than other grinders found in other Jura machines. Each of the 32 specialty beverages available on the Jura Z10 has a specific grind that is preprogrammed. All you have to do is select a beverage and the machine will do everything for you.

Eighth-generation brewing unit
The brewing unit is where all the magic happens. It’s where the ground coffee is dispensed, tamped, and the water flows through for extraction. Over the decades, Jura has strived to improve this part of their machines. The Jura Z10 has its eighth-generation brewing unit. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it allows the water to flow evenly through the ground coffee at multiple levels. This process seeks to extract the most aroma and flavor, not only in the hot specialty beverages but also in the cold brewing options.
Cold brew – extreme freshness
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares genuine cold brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks consist mostly of hot-brewed coffee which is then chilled, in the Z10 extraction takes place with cold water, pulsed at high pressure, and more coarsely ground coffee. The end result is a natural, energizing and refreshing beverage in which the fruity aromas of the coffee can be fully enjoyed without being overwhelmed by bitters. Anything else would just be a cold coffee.
