At this time, this design would be a special order build whereby we acquire a timeline to build by ACS and a quotation to you which requires a 50% deposit via ACH/bank wire. The remaining 50% deposit would be made once we are ready to ship.

The manufacturer stated , "No because when the mains it’s connected to the the machine it fill the tank not the circuit. Also if the main pressure it’s around 2/2,5 bars probably are not able to fill the steam boiler when needed."
I am very interested in the ACS Vostok; I have a small business and I'm putting together a portable setup to do pop up events as well as classes. Is the Vostok certified for commercial application, such as farmer markets, coffee carts, etc.?

Thank you for your inquiry. At the time of our response,
a) the Vostok is listed by ACS/M&V as a commercial machine,
b) does not have ETL/UL Electrical, nor NSF approvals.
Please note there are even very large manufacturers import espresso machines without the approvals. For example, a few years ago, when a client inquired about a Rancilio 2 group lever espresso machine, they clearly indicated there were no approvals, just like the Vostok lever espresso machine is now today.
Our recommendation is to get in writing, most important the local health department, if they require the NSF approvals. In many, but not all locals, pop up catering business do not require it. However, it is important to get it in writing before your purchase. In your research, you may find that there are no lever machines that have these approvals.
The basket size mentioned for the Vostok is 54mm, and everything I have is 58. I saw accessories stating 54mm and other accessories, I think had either 53.3 or 53.5. Can give me some direction on what size of accessories I should look at? I believe the Vostok comes with a tamper and basket, as well as a bottomless porta filter, so if that’s true that would be great.

We measured one of the 2 cup baskets at 54.8mm inside diameter. At the time of this writing, this VOSTOK model includes a high quality tamper. We do not believe you need any other accessories to replace those included with the machine.
I purchased a Vostok in August 2024. It's losing it's pressure when you lift it up from it's pre-infusion location to the lever action only. I wasn't using it when it happened, someone else was, but I can tell when I use it that it's losing/not able to hold it's pressure after the pre-infusion. Notably you can see steam and water coming from a small brass colored connector that goes from the group-head to the back of the machine. I ask them what happened and they told me that they had already made one coffee and on the second one they did everything normally and when they let it go after lifting it up from it's pre-infusion the lever shot up and made a really loud noise and caused a ton of water to spray from the sides of the stainless steel front of the machine? The location where it's losing pressure might not be that connector but it's 100% around that area. The machine is used at home and usually only in the mornings for about 5 expresso.

When the lever shoots up, this means that there was not enough resistance in the filter basket or it was empty.
There is potential damage that may have occurred. Our tech support team will email you and please send pictures and a video.

You should not have to do this. Before shipping, we put the machine in tank reservoir mode as it should be used for 3 weeks in this mode.
