Quickmill desires not to take the grinders apart as issues can occur as with other grinders. Hence, a cleaner, such as Puly Grind Crystals or similar, should be utilized. Cleaning should occur more often when many different espresso blends may be utilized. Otherwise, we have customers who do not clean the grinder for a few years.
On the hopper, we have found the Puly Verde to do a great job in removing the oil buildup inside the bean hopper as well as its neck.
