Puly Caff Plus Backflushing Detergent Powder
The original backflush and backwash detergent since 1961! Made in Italy, Puly Caff Plus is great for daily cleaning cleaning of the brew group or grouphead on espresso machines that have the capability to backwash/backflush. In addition, filter baskets and the metal portion of filter holders should be cleaned daily. We have our own instructions
On regular coffee makers, PulyCaff can be placed in the brew basket with a brew cycle run through the coffee brewer and into the machine’s carafe or airpot. After 3 minutes of sitting, rinse all the components and you are ready to go!
To boot, PulyCaff powder is NSF approved and does incorporate a limescale inhibitor. This is why we consider Puly Caff the best backflushing detergent.
