I am having an issue with my ECM Mechanika slim that I purchased from 1st line in 2019. Symptoms - Machine powers up fine, relay hits, no power to heating element. Pstat is functional (checked with meter). SSR is getting signal but not allowing current to flow. Tried swapping SSR as this machine has burned out SSR's before. Further investigation shows that the SSR is only getting 4.2V from the Gicar. If I put a little more voltage to the SSR (~5V) it opens and works properly. What signal voltage should be coming from the Gicar? I would think 5V. Does this indicate a problem with Gicar controller?

We are sorry, we do not know how much voltage (min nor max) should come out of the Gicar. It would be best you ask ECM directly for these specifications.
We have a PL62s (Purchased Late 2014) Once the machine warms up constant water tank level alarm. Verified on the bench both the reed switch and micro-switch are operating normally. Probably need to replace the brain unit. Our machine has the Pro.El.Ind brain unit. Do we just order the Gicar on this page?

Experiencing a problem with a Lelit Diana that is about five years old. The steam boiler won't fill and the fill controller starts beeping after 5 minutes. (I checked the steam boiler for mineral build up - all clear there.) Upon start-up when the boiler typically fills the voltage across the two wires to the pump reads 12-14V. The voltage from the blue wire reads 120V to ground. So thinking there is a problem with the steam boiler fill controller, maybe a bad relay. Looking for a tech's opinion here before ordering a new fill controller. Thank you in advance.

It could be a relay or the motherboard. It could be bad wiring as well.
