I purchased a Livia 90 S from you, circa 2003, serial number 36176. I need to replace the grouphead gasket. I assume it is the "thick" gasket. Is that correct? Also, is it possible to replace the dispersion screen? If so, how and do you have the parts? Lastly, do you sell the solid backwash filter that fits into the portafilter? Thanks.

Please note the machine was purchased elsewhere as we only have parts purchases after reviewing your account.
Without pulling out the gasket, it is very difficult to determine which portafilter gasket is in the grouphead. The reason is that Pasquini did not keep good records to offer us, and they had the machine manufactured by two different suppliers for them throughout the last 25 years. Therefore, the gasket needs to be pulled out and check.
If the gasket has a round shape like an o-ring, then it is the thin.
If the gasket has 4 squared edges, then it is the thick one.
What is the correct gasket for a Livia G4 purchased in 2016, serial number LS004953615? Where do I find a white paper on this web site that will guide me through installing this gasket myself? The guy who answered the phone yesterday told me to click on "Pasquini Livia G4" for this information, but when I do that, all I get is a page that says the machine has been discontinued. If it's easier for you to call me, I'm in Manhattan and my cell is xxx.xxx.xxxx.

White papers are located in our Support section. Changing the portafilter gasket can be easy or difficult based on its age.
