    To Whom It May Concern: I have a Bezzera BZ13 PM from 2022. I do daily backflush at the end of everyday. A few days ago with the blind basket on and on the 1st backflush, when I turned off the brew the pressure remained at 11 bar and the pressure wasn't relieved and nothing came out of the drain. I don't know if this is due to a faulty solenoid valve. I was trying to find the correct solenoid for the BZ13 and found part number 7630332. The SKU looks to be the same but wanted to sure this will work on the BZ13 PM. Thank you, Joe

    Sorry, we are unable to confirm, under your submitted name, as we do not see the unit purchased through 1st-line. In addition, BZ13 sales stopped in 2021.

    Bezzera, like all other manufacturers, make changes to components, including size changes, electrical connections, etc. And, other importers can also have different parts. We kindly request you check with the dealer who sold the machine.

    Based on this aforementioned information, we have instructions on the process to determine parts and make an educated decision. Please read carefully.
