The beauty of the Nuova Simonelli Musica Tank Commercial Espresso Machine is the two (2) liter boiler. The larger boiler adds to thermal temperature stability as well as offering a greater amount of steaming capacity when compared to smaller boilers.

• Multi-directional steam wand and hot water wand.
• Hot water is programmable to dose out a specific amount of water.
• Boiler pressure gauge nicely situated on lower front.
• Separate zero-energy power switch and light switch in lower right rear of unit.
• Lower light switch powers illuminated panels for an extravagant look.
• Front panel includes heating element light, soft on/off power switch, semi-automatic dosage button, programmable single and double cup dosage buttons, hot water dispensing button, and water reservoir indicator light.
• Ergonomic slide lever for steam power control – now you can use both hands to hold the steam pitcher to froth the milk.
• Insulated boiler for energy savings and greater temperature stability.
• Heat exchanger system allows espresso extraction and milk frothing at the same time.
• Pre-infusion system saturates the ground coffee wtih hot water to extract a delicious espresso.

• The reservoir’s water level is monitored through the use of a magnetic float in the reservoir.
