What do you recommend to seal the threads? Plumber's tape or some kind of pipe putty / sealant compound?
(BTW This question is from same person who asked on 1/23 about PL62 pressure spiking. I removed the chassis and I do have the older, pressurestat version. No need to respond to my question on the other product page re: which model I ordered.)

Usually not needed unless the threads on the pipe fitting is damaged. NSF approved Loctite or 1-2 rounds of plumbers tape.
