Pagaia is LELIT’s patented electronic flow control system, designed to provide precise control over water flow and allow customized espresso extraction. Combining advanced technology with an ergonomic lever and Italian craftsmanship, Pagaia gives users greater flexibility to fine-tune brewing parameters and explore different flavor profiles for a personalized espresso experience.

Three Brewing Modes

The Elizabeth3 offers three versatile brewing modes to suit different preferences and skill levels. Choose automatic extraction profiles, including “Lever Shot” and “Modern Shot,” create customized profiles with up to five programmable steps, or enjoy hands-on control in Freestyle mode with Pagaia.
