Hello, how do I know if my switch is going bad? When I toggle to on (from a cold start) there is a delay that was not there before, ~1-2 seconds until the pump activates. The delay does go away after I used the switch once (hot start).

It could be a bad brain unit, but then it usually would happen all the time. Hence, it could be the switch, but worse case it can be the wiring, as well. on the switch. Resistance of the wires should be checked after each side is removed. CAUTION: Please only work on a cold machine that is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
