    Hello.  You could ask at your local hardware store if they have 4x8 mm silicone hose.  Otherwise,  you might also try contacting Lelit USA, as they are stocking all parts now in the US. 
    2. what is this for? I have a pinhole leak in a hose in my PL62 and hoses are not in the parts diagram and the purpose of the hoses are not listed in the parts. This is really frustrating

    Sorry for the frustration. A silicone hose is typically the hose to and from the reservoir. A PFTE tube is usually needed when under heat or high pressure.
