My Bianca from 2018 is not longer heating up quickly. I suspected lime scale even though I use the BWT softener. I descaled both the brew and steam boilers 3 times in the last 2 weeks just to be sure. I also removed the water level sensor and didn't see signs of scale. The heating element of the steam boiler registers 11.9 ohms. There have been times when the boiler heated quickly but it's rare. Any ideas for what I can check or is the next step to try a new heating element? Thanks! -Matt

Sorry for the delay. Please check the LCC settings as well as the safety thermostats on each boiler.

A The issue ended up being with the solid state relay but I didn't realize this until I bought a replacement heating element and saw no change. BTW, I posted under the wrong part number for a Bianca. The right part is MC920-120 and I posted more details there in the review to hopefully help others avoid my mistake.
