Lelit 2200066 Steam Valve
This steam valve (2200066) is for the Lelit Anita (PL042EM, PL042EMI, PL042QE, PL042TEMD), Elizabeth (PL92T), Glenda (PL41PLUST), Kate (PL82T), & Victoria (PL92T) espresso machine models.
Note:
There may be one or more issues when a steam valve on a Lelit Elizabeth or Lelit Victoria can not close, open, or seal properly.
- knob (part#3700026) is cracked on the inside, preventing a good grip on the stem
- the inside of the stem (part#2200075) has water corrosion, preventing full closure, and a worn gasket on the end
- the valve (part# MC2200066) itself is corroded and will not even allow a new stem to close properly.
1 & 2 are easy to self-correct. The holding nut needs to be tightened and not loose. There is no adjustment on the holding nut.
3 is beyond the scope of our free services, as this is a more complicated repair. Please check that the valve in your machine matches the one on our website. This part usually does not need replacement, but it can happen.

We have a Lelit Elizabeth and noticed the steam wand was leaking while on but idle, and the knob was requiring more pressure to turn off the flow completely. The knob still rotated the stem, but we likely overtightened it during use, and after trying to tighten the holding nut slightly, the knob now rotates freely without shutting off the steam. Are there any other things we can try, or parts we can replace?

You may need a new knob, a new stem , and/or even a new valve. We have guidelines how to acquire parts.
Does this require any specific lubrication or sealant for installation? My Victoria is leaking out of the steam wand.

Yes, any o rings will need to be lubricated. However, this part itself does not need to be lubricated.
