The La Pavoni BAR-star 4V is for very high volume areas. With 4 separate groupheads you will be able to serve 4 customers at a time. This model also comes with 2 steam wands, on the opposite ends of the machine. With a large 26.5 liter boiler, running out of steam is almost an impossibility.

This La Pavoni BAR-star 4V is the volumetric version meaning it has electronic controls. Each grouphead has its own set of controls for coffee extraction. Each button is preset to dose out a precise amount of water. This allows you to pull an espresso shot while you are frothing milk or attending to your customer.

The La Pavoni BAR-star 4V also has a 4-position power switch to help save energy during night and off hours. This can help reduce power consumption by almost 33% resulting in major cost savings.

Heat exchange system

• Copper boiler equipped with front mounted transversal heat exchangers and injectors for each group. Allows for front machine access in case of repairs.
• Groups made with press-forged brass and chrome plated, with vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system which eliminates group dripping.
• Manual boiler water charge button: Used to refresh the water in the boiler.
• Thermal stability: Independent radiator hydraulic system for every group allows for consistent water circulation throughout the boiler.
• Electrical heating is protected by a 3-pole manual reset thermostat w/auto shut-off.

• Four cup size selections including continuous brewing and an instant-stop button.
• Programmable hot water button with telescopic flexible wand.
