Overview:
In celebration of la Pavoni’s 100 years of producing one of the finest espresso / cappuccino makers, 1st-line is excited to introduce the La Pavoni Stradivari 16-Cup. The Stradivari line represents the third collaborative effort between la Pavoni and industrial designer Carlo Gallizi. The inspiration for this design was attributable to the works of a world renowned violin maker – Antonio Stradivari.
The fluid sweeping motion of the lever accentuates the subtle curves of the base. The power switch, located on the front lower base, is recessed for a very clean appearance and ease of use.

If a piece of equipment is NSF certified, we will list it. If not listed, then the testing lab will not be shown.
You will usually not find NSF on home models as only commercial establishments, that make and/or serve food needs the NSF sanitation listing.
The La Pavoni home lever machines do not have NSF.
I have the LaPavoni Single Head Stratavarius and need the main group head gasket, the one that seals agains the portafilter basket. I'd also like the part number for the entire gasket kit. That way I have the gasket AND a rebuild kit. Thanks!
