I have a Cuadra V1 also with the C111P/XP700 assembly and two wires attached to it. I'm not sure how to rewire this new version. Is there a diagram or picture of how this should be done.

The part on the pressurstat has the same part that was on the front panel. You move it over one by one.

It is best to convert the old style to this new style. Just take lots of pictures on the wiring.
A Yes. Just remove the connecting wire to get at the screw that holds the plastic bracket. Reconnect the wire. Done.

I received the new pressure stat and installed it. The machine is running at 1.5 bar but when I make an espresso the pressure drops and if I try to foam milk it drops to the point of not being able to produce steam. Any ideas.

Yes, the bleeder valve a.k.a. vacuum breaker valve may have failed.
Desperately needing this part as the one in my machine has failed. Spoke with the manufacturer in August and they said they would be in touch with you to provide this part. Now it's November and still no part. Am i suppose to throw this machine out in the trash. Terrible customer service.

Sorry, the manufacturer made an error in placing the parts order on a sea shipment and did not send it via air shipment as requested. It should be available in about a week as the container is in Customs.
