I ordered this part 2 days ago from you along with the tubes that come from this part. My question is that water leaks from this area and I think I can stop it by replacing these parts, but my group head E61 on my Caudra A006 machine will not heat up after heating up the machine even for 25 minutes unless I lift and open the flow through it as if I'm pulling a shot but what comes out first is hot air out of the group head and then I close the arm and then finally the group head will heat up. I can't figure out why air is trapped in the group head instead of hot water? Can you tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? I purchased this unit from you probably 7 years ago.

Due to the age of this machine, we suggest a professional be hired for an evaluation. This can be a problem in the grouphead, heat exchanger, OPV or other areas.
