    I just rec'd my new Quadra v3 from 1st-Line. The plastic handle of the steam wand lacks a "cap" to cover the attachment nut. (There IS a cap on the hot water wand.) (The Quadra was a gift. The purchaser is Susan Torok, FYI.)

    Sometimes these fall off in shipping. Please double check the box and underneath the bottom platform. We bench test every machine and our techs will usually pick up on a missing part like this.
    A I checked the packing -- no button. (Actually, I tried to remove the button from my OLD Quadra and could not get it off! I don't think it could have fallen off my NEW Quadra; it must have been left off during manufacture.) Could I have a new one, please? Thanks!
    2. Hi, I have a La Nuova Era Cuadra A006. I need to replace the steam and hot water plastic knobs. This knob model here seems different than the ones on my machine (the shafts where they slide onto seems to be square instead of a semicircle style like mine. Please let me know what replacement I need. Thank you!
