We are very sorry that we are unable to confirm as there are three different configurations on the Cuadra, and without seeing the machine, we cannot determine. If it is different, it may need a slight rewiring, and technical support is not included in parts purchases.

The answer depends on the configuration of your machine. Is the relay board in your machine already attached (hardwired) to the pressure switch? If it is, the SRLPSwitch part should work. If the relay board is separate from the pressure switch, your machine would require rewiring. We do not have instructions for rewiring machines.
Hello, my Quadra is version 1 and it stopped heating. The relay seems to be burned, do you have a replacement for it? Also there is oxidation on the boiler where the heating element connects, it seems like that white plastic ring/gasket is gone and leaks . Do you also have a replacement for it as well? Thanks!

Sorry, we currently do not have any stock on the relays. The manufacturer has upgraded their design, and you may need to purchase an entire new assembly.
Just curious if this product is still in production. Our Cuadra recently stopped working, I inspected the relay and it's fried. We love the machine and hoping the spares are still available.

It is probably available, but we have not ordered any more yet as we are waiting to build up a larger order to make it worthwhile to pay for shipping to us from Europe.
Thanks for your response. My pump works fine on my Caudra 2 without the water softener but the issue now is the grouphead is not getting very hot but it does dispense plenty of hot water thru the hot water wand. When I pull a shot it takes a long time for the water to reach the grouphead (about 30 seconds) before the coffee comes out. Is there something I need to replace or clean in the case? Thanks a lot>

I purchased a Caudra 2 from you approximately 5 years ago and now my pump is making loud noises and very weak and delayed water flow when making espresso shots. Any ideas of what I need because I did not see the order for a new pump on the diagram selection for my caudra 2. Do you have a video of how to remove and replace the vibration pump?

If you need a new pump, we do sell them. However, there are no videos at this time for you to self-replace.
