Hi I tighten down the Co2 cartridge and it was leaking more then a "quick puff" like in the directions the handle is also very cold for while. I'm just wondering if I should swap to a new cartridge or if this one will work I don't want to waste a full batch of coffee. thanks Jeff-

Read more answer nowAsked by on April 7, 2020 3:16 pmAnswered by the admin Please check the gasket seals on the thread, on the bottom of the internal cover, as well as the puncture inside. Also, check for cracks on the cover that threads as well as make sure the top adjustment knob is in the closed position. If all seems ok, GrowlerWerks handles all additional support as well as warranty for repairs or replacement of parts at their discretion.
You video does not specify if the nitro cartridge is nitrogen (N2) or nitrice oxide (NO2). Do you sell the pure nitrogen cartridges for this growler? The NO2 is not nearly as good.

The unit only comes with the N02 gas. Hence, this is what we use in the video so customers do not assume otherwise.
