Fiorenzato F83 E XGi: Elevate Your Espresso Experience

Fiorenzato F83 E XGi Espresso Coffee Grinder

The Fiorenzato F83 E XGi is a high‑performance, commercial‑grade espresso grinder engineered for precision, consistency, and ease of use in demanding café environments. Built around Fiorenzato’s patented XGi technology, it delivers intelligent grams‑based dosing—allowing baristas to set exact doses and maintain consistent results shot after shot.

At the heart of the F83 E XGi are large 83mm flat burrs paired with a powerful motor, producing fast, consistent grinding with exceptional particle uniformity. Its advanced system continuously monitors output to ensure dosing remains stable over time, even as variables like grind size, humidity, and burr wear change.

Designed for efficiency and workflow, the grinder features stepless micrometric adjustment for precise dialing in, an intuitive interface, and hands-free operation with an adjustable portafilter fork. A large-capacity hopper and robust construction make it ideal for high-volume use, while maintaining the reliability and craftsmanship expected from Italian manufacturing.

Combining speed, accuracy, and intelligent dosing control, the F83 E XGi transforms grinding into a streamlined, repeatable process—making it a powerful solution for cafés focused on consistency and quality in every cup.

Fiorenzato was awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing them in the top 5% globally for sustainability in environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and procurement.
