Elektra Grouphead Maintenance Kit for Commercial Machines Only

This grouphead maintenance kit is for the Elektra commercial espresso machines only. It is not for the Elektra home models.

Only repair the machine under the following conditions:

1. Power off machine and unplug machine from electrical supply. If hard wired, shut off circuit breaker
2. All the machine to cool and have no steam in boiler, and
3. Shut off the water supply.

Parts listed:

• 01228035 – Although this gasket is used for the nut on top of the boiler going to the grouphead. it is also used for the top nut on top of the Elektra espresso machine grouphead. While repairing the grouphead, check the nuts on the top of the boiler and see if they are leaking or showing discoloration. Should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
• 00111035 – This part is placed in through the top of the top mushroom nut of the grouphead. Should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
• 01336014 – This part can be replaced once the above stainless steel filter is removed. Typically, an 8mm socket wrench is needed to remove. It is difficult to place the new one in. Sometimes, pliers need to hold the new one just to start the threading process. Should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
• 01335014 – This part should be replaced at the same time as the injector. Screw in the injector into the support so you can install both parts in through the top of the grouphead at the same time.
• 01917035 – This part usually prevents leaking at the junction between the portafilter and grouphead. If hardened, it will need to be scraped and chiseled out. If replaced every 3-6 months, it is easier to remove. Should be replaced every 3 to 12 months.
• 01208035 -Remove screw and screen should drop. Should be replaced every 3 to 12 months.
