My Technika IV came with a plastic version of this, it has since snapped. I ordered this version but it slowly leaks when attached to my machine. Any hope in getting the plastic version of this?

Sorry, the plastic version is no longer made by ECM. You may need to use plumber's tape on the threading OR there is a small, hairline crack on the water reservoir.
My old plastic adapter broke and replaced with this one. But there seems to be further issue when I attach the reservoir to the machine. Can you please let me know the attachment it connects to in the machine?

Sorry, we are not sure. Please use the diagrams in our ECM support section to determine the part needed as there can be multiple.
