- The Behmor 1600 AB Plus is fully tested to roast up to 1 pound of coffee at a time under standard conditions. In some instances due to issues beyond our control, most notably low voltage supply, your capacity may vary.
- Never leave the Behmor 1600 AB Plus unattended, as it is not a set and walk away device. Like any food product placed close to high heat, if over-roasted, coffee beans can ignite.
- Do not use with extension cords. The use of extension cords could adversely effect roaster functions, dramatically extend roast times and pose a safety hazard.
