Ascaso I.365N 110V Brass Boiler / Heating Element – 2 hole

Notes:

    1. Please note that the manufacturer has and will change the brand or wattage of a heating element without notice. For example, an original heating element with 1400 watts may be changed to 1200 watts or vice versa without notice from the manufacturer. This is considered and accepted as standard business practice by all manufacturers and will be accepted upon order.
    2. Please note that heating elements can ‘look’ used. We do receive them from the manufacturers with white powder or a green oxidation. This is how they are delivered to us.
    3. For Ascaso Dream, ARC, Elipse, Steel non-professional with nickel plated brass boilers.
    4. This boiler has a hole on top and one hole on the side wall. This boiler is not interchangeable with Ascaso machines that have an aluminum thermoblock or a professional series boiler.
    5. This is not for the Dream UP models which requires I-965N (4 hole boiler).  Sorry, the heating element is not sold separately.
    6. Notes from Ascaso Tech Support (as of 02/2017 and may change without notice) to assist in deciding which which boiler to purchase:
    7. Ascaso I..365

I-365 ( up to 10/2009)
I-967 for basics and arcs with solenoid valve.

Couple of quick questions on the Ascaso 110V two hole boiler for the pre-2009 Dream. -Does the nickel plating make a difference from an all brass boiler? - Come with the I.50 gasket or order separately? -Same with the 100 & 140 degree thermostats, order along with the boiler? That's it and thanks for the help.

Should be no difference on the finish. All other parts, if available, are sold separately.

    2. What is the wattage rating for this part. Manufacture label states 1050W for earlier Dream models with the pump taking 52W. Thank you.

Sorry, there is no indication of wattage on the part or the Ascaso parts diagram.

    4. According to your product description, the i.365 boiler seems to match my Ascaso Dream from 2007, but what is shown in the image does not exactly match the boiler in my machine. The stamp on the bottom of the machine says "Dream M.F., Orange, 068394, 120V, 60Hz, 1100W, 9.5A, 10/2007, Boiler Versatile DR-116". You are very clear in your description that there are no refunds for this part, but the information you provide for matching the part to the machine is rather cryptic. Can you please confirm whether the i.365 boiler is the correct boiler for the espresso machine I've described above?

We work on the best information we have available from Ascaso. Please go by the number of holes. If you are unsure, the machine can be sent in for service for our technicians to handle it.

Sorry, we do not accept returns because previous customers have sent back their old, defective or damaged boilers/thermoblocks for a refund.  A no returns policy on electrical parts is common in our industry.

Correct, the boiler is shown. There is no description stating it comes apart. If the boiler came apart, it would be sold individually as different parts.

We have described where the part works and does not work. Ascaso has made many different versions.

Sorry, we normally do not take parts returns because previous customers would send back the used part or sent back a part that was damaged upon install. Our customers do not want to buy used or damaged parts.

This is why it is important to look inside your machine before ordering.

    8. Do you have any updates on the ETA for this part? Will it ever be available?
