The machines have an option in the menu to turn off the steam boiler.

Unfortunately, this functionality does not perform correctly and will turn off the display and the machine will not heat at all.

With the machine powered off, turn on the power by depressing the power switch to the POWERED ON position, and immediately depress the top left corner of the screen and hold and run as indicated in the video.

Enter the reset code 1976 is needed to restart the machine. Please make sure to select the proper machine 2B or 2B Electronic and your proper voltage.

Please do not turn off the steam boiler as both boilers are needed to properly operate the machine.

As of this writing (December 10, 2021), the VBM has not indicated any updates on current stock or new stock. We apologize for any inconvenience.
