Accessing the Inside – Lelit PL91T Victoria

PL91T-inside-01

Power off your machine and unplug. To avoid burning yourself, wait an hour before proceeding.

Remove the water tank.

To remove the top panel, there are 2 Philips head screws just above the water tank.

This gives you top access to the boiler, as well as the LCC, gauge, and buttons. To gain access to the rest of the inside, there are 2 Philips head screws just underneath the top panel.

Underneath the machine, there are 3 more Philips head screws. You can lay the machine down or flip it upside down. To avoid scratching, please place a cloth towel underneath.

The inside back plate is held in by 4 Philips head screws. There is another screw (not screwed in) that the panel is hooked onto.

You now have access to the brain unit,  solenoid valve, & pump.

NOTE: When reassembling, make sure the water tank silicone hoses are threaded properly through the inside panel. When putting on the outside body panel, have the hoses hang on the outside. This prevents the hoses getting caught between the panels.
