If your Elektra T1 is not heating up, it is because of one of two reasons:

  1. The machine was operated (plugged in and turned on) without proper water line pressure. This triggers the safety device which needs to be reset by going into the programming per the manual.
  2. The machine is in night cycle programming where the heat is very minimal. When we bench test the machine, there are calibrated to not go into night cycle programming. However, if the customer fussed with the unit by inserting and turning the key, they can inadvertently engage the night cycle programming.
