To adjust the pump pressure on the Rocket EPICA dual boiler lever espresso machine, the top and right panels need to be removed. Rocket EPICA – No Pump on Lever Pull Down

There is a chance the wire was loosened in shipping or transport. First step is to unplug the machine from the electrical outlet and allowing to fully cool.
