Please read carefully the following terms and conditions for Request a Custom quote. As of May 12, 2025, you can process a request for custom quote via our current Beta testing of this application.
- Minimum for quote is $1000.00 USD or more.
- One or more pieces of equipment is required as well as other items, such as, but not limited to, cleaning supplies, accessories, parts for your future needs, etc to create your custom package for a personal quotation
- Only selected items will be part of 1st-line’s Request a Quote program
- All items in a custom quotation must be purchased. Items can not be removed, nor added through the process, including checkout and payment.
- There are no address changes allowed, including billing and shipping addresses as the quote is based on addresses.
- Sorry, custom quotes can not be combined any other offers, including, but not limited to, package deals, coupons, heavily discounted items, etc. except shipping included where applicable. Selecting or using any coupons or discounts will void the custom quote, and the custom quote will be difficult to get reloaded.
- Most quotes will expire in 48 hours – the reason is items can sell quickly and be out of stock
- Quotes will not be allowed or applied to out of stock items as incoming items may cost more or less than current prices, tariffs, etc. Special order items may be custom quoted.
- 1st-line’s custom quote system will not reserve inventory so fast action is needed.
- Sales tax will be automatically added where 1st-line Equipment is required by state laws.
- Orders over certain thresholds will require payment by ACH or wire transfer.
- 1st-line Equipment reserves the right to cancel and expire quotations at any time, including after an order has been processed due to, but not limited to, credit card security notifications for fraud, or lack of proper payment.
