It’s perfect if you’re looking for a festive St. Patty’s Day beverage with a slight spin off the the traditional Irish coffee (but if you’d like to stick to tradition we have a whole recipe for Irish Coffee here!) Super easy to make, this cocktail uses cold brew coffee, and a touch of stout, Irish cream, as well as Irish whiskey of course!

Ingredients

3 oz of cold brew coffee

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey (we used Jameson)

2 oz of stout (such as Guinness)

1 oz heavy cream

1/2 oz Irish cream (we used Bailey’s), or yo your taste

3/4 oz brown sugar simple syrup

Ice

1.) To make simple syrup, stir equal parts brown sugar and hot water until fully dissolved. Pour syrup, whiskey, and cold brew into a mug.

2.) Add ice. Top with Irish stout, give a gentle stir to incorporate.

3.) Mix heavy cream and Irish cream together, adjust the ratio to taste. Once combined, splash on top of the drink and watch some beautiful marbling happen!

4.) Hold your drink up high and cheers! Sip and enjoy responsibly.
