Thomas Kleiner –
I understood that I took a chance with 1st-line’s no return no refund policy but when their website lists parts and compatible machines I hoped they were accurate. Sadly, the Spaziale part they sold me that says on their website to be compatible with my Spaziale New Ek machine is not in fact compatible. Now I’m out money and have parts I’m just going to throw away. Would be happy to pay shipping costs to return and sub out a part that does work, but that does not seem to be an option.
Editor’s note: Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you may have not read our specific written guidelines that should be followed prior to ordering: https://www.1st-line.com/shop/espresso-parts/ Many manufacturers change parts within the same model over a few years. And, many manufacturers change models names with additional letters, similar names, etc. Our web page for this part does not specifically state Spaziale NEW EK. This is why these guidelines are important to follow. Lastly, with return shipping costs, deducting shipping costs to you, restocking costs, we believe there would be very little credit offered on a $15 item. Again, thank you for your feedback.
