Hello. Any other info about these beans? Is it a medium roast? Is it a blend? Full bodied? What’s the acidity level? I know it’s hard since these are from different roasters but I do wish there’s a standard comparison level for the beans you carry. Appreciate any info.

Sorry, we do not offer comparisons for one simple reason. Many different people have different taste buds, different grinders, and different equipment which impacts all those features you want described. Then, guess what happens when a customer does not get those descriptions in their mouthfeel or taste? Even in our own company, different employees will taste something different, and if we use the same coffee in different machines, we get different tastes and body.
