Zero Waste Delivery System

Micrometric Dosage Adjustment
This grinder is equipped with a volumetric dosage system, empowering the barista to customize coffee dosages separately for single and double portafilters.
Mixing Chamber
Upon delivery into the portafilter, a premix takes place in the coffee mixing chamber. Our distinct delivery system enhances coffee distribution and ensures consistency.
On Demand Switch Operation
With this function, the Slingshot Dosis grinds only when you press a button. This function can be used for the initial calibration or to use during slow coffee service.
Coffee Display Window
The innovative free-standing coffee hopper design, currently pending patent approval, incorporates a built-in window. This window serves to display general information, including details such as the coffee’s origins, brand, or the name of the cafe.
Custom Side Panels
The Slingshot Dosis features customizable removable side panels designed to complement your coffee machine. Select from a variety of available colors and materials, or personalize your own to suit your preferences.
Self Dosing Grinder
Equipped with a volumetric self-dosing chamber, the Slingshot Dosis is continuously ready to serve the professional barista’s next shot of espresso. Whether for a single or double shot, the dosage remains accurate, ensuring no coffee is wasted.
Burrs Life Monitoring
The Slingshot Dosis records the overall grinding time, enabling the barista to keep track of when it’s time to replace the burrs. A warning icon will indicate when it’s advisable to schedule the burrs replacement.
Memory Position Burrs
Accessing the coffee grinder chamber is made easy by removing the top burr sleeve. This not only saves time during maintenance cleaning but also ensures that the grinder always retains its last setting.
Micrometric Grinding Adjustment
The micrometric grinding system is adjustable and employs a “step-less” design, providing precise control over the coffee grind. Setting the grind is achieved by turning a tactile control dial seamlessly integrated with a digital position counter.
Cooling Fan
Within the grinder range, there is an integrated climate system. The design is specifically optimized to regulate internal airflow and ensure a consistent temperature within the coffee chamber.
Modular Design
The unique modular design enables the connection of grinders to enhance workflow and conserve space. A dedicated joining kit is available for linking two or more grinders together.
