This machine has been used. It is a 10-year-old machine. It has been tested and is good to use. Both wands can swivel. However, they are loose, and will to their original lowered position after use. There are marks / scratches around the body and drip tray.

It is does not have ETL and NSF approval. In addition, We no longer have any parts for this machine. It is sold as is. The finish on these machines may not be perfect.
