I don’t usually write reviews unless I have something worth posting. I am writing this review because I’m thoroughly impressed with product range, quality, value, and service.
I have a 30 year old Rancilio espresso machine that has worked flawlessly for years. A small part broke recently and I tried everything I could think of, including contacting Rancilio to find a replacement part without success. The general opinion was scrap the machine and buy a new one. I love the machine and the part was just a small but crucial screw.
Then I came across 1st-line Equipment. Not only did they have an abundance of parts available for my machine, including the one I needed, but the price was very reasonable and the service excellent. My Rancilio is now up and running perfectly again thanks to 1st-line Equipment.
