Rancilio 10060406 Over Pressure Valve/ Expansion Valve
This over pressure valve (10060406) is for the Rancilio Silvia espresso machine models with a manufacture date of 2007 and up. This is a new design that allows adjustment of the overpressure valve (OPV) without having to add copper gaskets.

Yes, it should work as long as you have a male/male coupling coming out of the boiler where this part attaches to.
I would like to know if the Rancilio 10060406 Over Pressure Valve you sell can replace the existing part # 123750? This machine was purchased from you over 10 yrs ago. F.n. 60017651. Low brew pressure and coffee grounds in water tank. Cleaned 3 way valve, new pump with in the past year. Will purchase this replacement OPV if compatible with my machine. Thanks

Yes, it should be compatible as long as you have a male/mail coupling current on your boiler for this OPV.
